Nail Care Tips

Every part of our body deserves to be treated and taken care of well. In our busy life, most of us forget about nails and fingers. As we care for our face or any other part of the body, nail care too is essential.

Most of the time nails and fingers are taken for granted. We use them the most in our daily life. But fail to pay much attention like we do for other parts of our body.

Here I would put down some tips to have those healthy looking, long and strong nails.

• Make sure that you moisture your palm and feet at least thrice a day. This will give your nails a healthy glow.

• Remove dead skin around your nail area. Use a sea salt lemon solution and apply it around your nails using a brush.
Leave it for 3 – 4 minutes and wash your hands in Luke – warm water. This will help your nails to get rid of discolouration.

• Use gloves while you wash utensils, clothes and garden.

• Soak your fingers in a cup of milk. This will help your fingers to fight dead skin and will strengthen your nails.

• Cut and file them. Make sure that you maintain a normal length. Long grown nails will easily get dirty.

• Get a manicure and pedicure done once in a month.

• Make sure that you keep your nails away from anything that harm them.

Follow these tips and have those healthy and shining nails.

    Eating habits also play an important role. If you lack vitamins then your nails will break easily or grow slowly. Nuts contain natural vitamin E that is good for nails and hair 🙂
