Have The Perfect Bikini Body

Women crave for that groovy Bikini body. Coupled with a healthy diet and certain exercise program women can tone their body easily. The American Heart Association suggests that 30 minutes of daily exercise is beneficial to gain that envious bikini body.

How & What To Eat :

Skipping your meal and doing exercise cannot help you. Because only the right amount of nutrition can help you stay fit and beautiful. Hence for a healthy diet to get the Bikini body experts suggest to include : dairy, whole grains, protein, fruits & vegetables in your diet.

As you include these into your diet, you need to eliminate junk foods, sweets, fried foods and processed foods. Also develop the habit of having several small meals a day as this will help to maintain your body metabolism.

Cardio Exercise :

Cardio exercise is the best way to burn your fat. As you practice cardio exercise it will help your lean muscle tissues to be shown highly. Swimming, walking, aerobics, biking and hiking are some types of cario exercises.

Strength Training :

Strength train your body to build strength, anaerobic endurance and size of skeletal muscles. You can strength train your body two – three days each week. While you strength train include all partts of your body like, legs, lower back, upper back, butt, abdominals, shoulders and arms.

Circuit Training : Circuit training can raplace cardio exercise and strength training. This is usually recommended for people who follow a busy life schedule. Circuit training is done by repeating exxercise one after the other without taking rest in between. This includes activities like – pull ups, sit ups, step ups, skipping etc.
