If hiding thunder thighs beneath those baggy jeans gets you in depression, here are some simple salvation techniques that can be practiced at the ease of your own home and the results shall be mind-blowing.

Compared to the other areas of body, leg fat can be tamed quite easily with the following moves
• Walking and jogging are the most common workouts for leg that provide strength and help build muscles, indulge in a brisk walk at least thrice a week.
• Indulge in full squats using an exercise weight, hold it behind your back while standing and gradually move down to bend your knees, pause and then get back to the upright position.
• Stand upright holding the bar and perform one leg barbell squats by raising one leg up slowly and do the same with the other leg.
• Do dumbbell set ups by holding a set of dumbbells and raise one leg at a time to place it on a bench.
These simple and easy exercises can help build quads and burn extra fat, however it is essential to check with your physician before indulging in any strenuous exercise as you may just hurt yourself.
