With constant attacks from a range of external and internal factors, your hair is prone to damage more frequently than you ever thought. Have you been witnessing an incessant hair loss, a bout of dandruff or a dry and flaky scalp of late? If yes, , we don’t offer no prizes for guessing that it’s an impact of high stressful life that you lead combined with harms of a pollution filled environment and of course, a lack of nutrition in your diet .

Though there isn’t much we can do to prevent the external factors from hampering and impacting our body (only prevention is possible) but certainly by ensuring a balanced diet inclusive of all essential nutrients we can keep the damage at bay for longer and genuinely reduce its evil effects on our body. Here is a list of some such food items that can be made a part of your daily dietary regime to benefit your hair and improve their growth and texture.
• Beans
Including legumes from the family of kidney beans, beans etc. provides the essential protein to the body and also offers a good amount of zinc, iron and biotin that are great for improving hair quality.

• Poultry
