Beauty is not about having the one best feature. It is a combination and balance of every feature like; long hair, lustrous eyes, silky smooth skin etc. Thus have a balanced and good diet plan to look at your best.

Skin: Having that glowing and clear skin is anyone’s most desirable dream. Both men and women shell out money on various skin treatments and skin care products. Before you get into these treatments or products, why don’t you include these foods in your diet?

  • Include yogurt, this is rich in Zinc and Vitamin B12. These can help to reduce acne and give you clear skin
  •  The oil present in fish like; salmon and sardine can give glowing skin. Omega – 3 fatty acids help the skin to keep the moisture. Intake of fish regularly will reduce wrinkles and thus promotes elasticity

Hair: Having healthy locks make both men and women look extremely stunning. Hair adds – on to their confidence. Hence they spend both time and money on different hair – care regimen and dermatologists. If you love your hair’s health and growth, then add these foods to your diet and feel the difference.

  • Having lean meat will help promoting hair growth, repair and maintenance
  • Oysters support faster hair growth
  • Wheat, brown rice and cereals can keep – up with the health and thickness of your hair
  • Intake of flax seeds can help the oil to stay in your hair. These are rich in Omega – 3 fatty acids

Nails: It annoys if the nail breaks very often or it is discoloured. Discolouration of nails shows that they aren’t healthy. Following a healthy diet can fight unhealthy nails and make it beautiful and strong. Include these foods to your diet and get those strong nails.
