DAILY DIET:

She takes care of her skin by using very little makeup and tries her best to stay away from sun. A beauty rule that she follows is to always cleanse her skin of makeup. She uses cleansing milk for her face and eyes. She also pampers herself with regular face and body massages.

The way you look has a lot to do with how you feel. Be calm within because when you are calm within the smile naturally comes easier on your face.
