Amrapali launches the Panna Collection

Jewelry house Amrapali launches the Panna Collection. A direct translation of the Hindi word for emerald, the collection features mesmerizing stones, ethically mined by Gemfields in Zambia. The Panna gemstone is said to behold many mystical properties, providing an emblem of power and a symbol of hope.

These designs have been inspired by collections the Maharajas once commissioned to the grand Maisons of Europe. Unquestionable craftsmanship and unparalleled design have been masterfully combined to create these truly phenomenal creations. Intricate cuffs, show stopping necklaces and chandelier earrings all have a distinct Indian aesthetic- a characteristic which is sweeping jewelry houses in the West.

This collection is a collaboration between Amrapali Jewels and Gemfields who pride themselves on ensuring all the colored gemstones in their portfolio are brought from mine to market in an ethical and transparent manner. Through five millennia’s, from Moghul magnificence to Hollywood glamour, the Talismanic emerald has been lusted after for its seductive beauty and ravishing rarity.

Amrapali panna Collection

Amrapali Jewels has been in the business of jewelry for over three decades. From their studios in Jaipur, the company goes to great lengths to sustain traditional Indian techniques that are revered around the world. Amrapali’s team of artisans have been carefully trained in traditional Indian techniques of jewelry making that are very apparent in the overall design of an Amrapali piece, thus enhancing its unique appeal. This combined with the integrity and beauty of Gemfield emeralds, pioneers in the ethical and environmentally friendly practices of colored gemstone mining; the Panna collection is a true reflection of beauty and virtue.

The Panna collection is currently on preview at Amrapali’s Beauchamp Place boutique and at the Harrods Fine Jewelry room inLondon, and in due course at its retail outlets across the country.
